Don't let a little rain stop the building work

 Just up the road from our flat, some men were pouring concrete in the rain.

 They were mixing it on site, and hand-barrowing it up to first floor level.

I couldn't tell from the road if it was just a beam or the whole floor slab that they were pouring.
