Family Celebration

Part of the reason we came home at this time of year was to celebrate out eldest daughter Kirsty's birthday. We had a family lunchtime dinner at our place. That's Kirsty sitting on the floor, and her sister Nicola turned this way.

Kirsty loves baking (and she's very good at it) so she made her own cake of course and decorated it with hokey pokey and meringue pieces.

Another reason for coming home was to check up on our parents and make sure they are all fine and not getting into too much trouble. Left to right, Martyn's Mum and Dad, Annette's Mum.
