Early Winter in Hamilton

It was our first taste of Winter since 2016 as we missed it completely last year (just trying to make you all jealous!)

We had a couple of very light frosts,

just enough ice to scratch a smiley face into on our outside table.

We had some foggy starts,

but they soon turned into beautiful days.

For those who don't know Hamilton, here's a fairly typical street.

Some of the trees still had their Autumn colours on, and yes we got some rainy days.

On the way to Auckland airport, it was very foggy in places.

Fine by the time we got to Auckland, and not many cars on the motorway either.

Then it was farewell to our precious girls, and back to Port Vila for another 3 months. Goodbye family and friends, thank you for a lovely 2 weeks. 🙋
