President Obed Moses being sworn in as the new President of Vanuatu.  Obed Moses is the pastor to the PMC church, our local Presbyterian Church. His manse is beside the PCV offices.  All the PCV staff were outside the manse as the new President was collected by the government vehicle to go to the Houses of Parliament to be sworn in.
