Washing Now Inside

There are several nails and screws randomly sticking out of door and window frames at our flat, which have puzzled us for quite a while. But with TC Donna bearing down on us, making our back porch unsuitable for getting washing dry, we have found a use for these miscellaneous fastenings 😀.

We are still on Blue Alert here in Efate, which means get prepared but don't panic yet. The forecast is not good, but we are praying it will not come right over Vanuatu but go harmlessly out to sea. We will be fine in our flat, but there are many people in very poor housing who would have a very rough time.
Yellow Alert means cyclone is coming within 24 hours. Red Alert means it's here, stay indoors till the all-clear has been given.
