Building Work at the Flat
A new storey is going up on Tony our landlord's house/shop.
George the builder is sieving the sand to get it fine enough for making the mortar for the concrete blocks.
The reinforcing at the corners and midway along the wall will be encased in concrete columns.
Different amount of reinforcing in the concrete masonry walls from what we would use in NZ.
