International Christian Church working bee Saturday 4th August 2018
We had a working bee to tidy up the section site that the ICC has purchased to build the worship building and facilities.
Looking in one direction over the new property
We roped John and Rosemaree in to help. Here John is grubbing a determined bush. John 1 Bush 0
Rosemaree shifting some of the many blocks of broken concrete on the property
Big tree that has fallen down at some stage
The three falas working out how to move a rusty saw bench and old motor
One of the falas and another fala (Jim) shifting the bench and motor
Jim is shifting the cut logs
The logs will be used for seats at the ICC barbeque next Sunday that will be on the property. Here Gilbert removes the bark off a log. That's so that nasty bitey things don't lurk under the bark and bite people when they sit on the logs.
Tea break stories around the "camp fire" time
We had some local entertainment. The local car rally club held an event that went on the road right beside the section
And raised lots of dust
