PCV Finance Manual Approved

This afternoon the PCV Finance Manual was reviewed and approved by the PCV Finance Committee.  I explained to the committee that this is only the starting point.  There will be other procedures to add, and to make changes to the current manual.  Any manual is a living document and should be under constant review and update.
